This shot is an establishing one, setting the scene as it moves slowly to different characters and setting. The angle is higher than eye level to give us a view of the wider location( possibly a pan movement as it does move from right to left slowly) letting the audience get a good glimpse of the environment and where the scene is going.

Here is a clean two shot, clearly showing how the interactions of these two characters are important. The medium close-up features their similar outfits and fixed expressions, watching the killer dump the safe makes us relate and feel like something is definitely wrong. The camera movement is sorta wobbly which indicates that not everything is fine but rough and uncertain.

Over the shoulder progressing to dirty single shot - she approaching signifying a different change, presenting both of the girls expressions as noticeable and key to the story line; the movement of the camera is a push in, gradually focusing our attention onto the girl (Susie) approaching. The angle is mainly mid close up shots to highlight the characters approaching and how their expressions create a sense of realization and surreal-ness.

This wide-shot focuses our attention primarily on the centre where the two characters are placed, connoting how Susie appearing and taking over Ruth is a pivotal part of the scene. The angle is neutral (eye level) therefore the camera is positioned as though we were experiencing this intimate scene with them. Then there is a subtle zoom to focus her hand on his forehead, which in a few seconds changes her appearance, the zooming in enhancing the effect of this and making sure the viewers full attention is focused on this.

Ground level shot- on the floor looking up at the two characters, almost a low angle. The mother is sitting down, positioning herself underneath the father as she relaxes and as he gets to work. The camera is in a static position, not moving, to focus our attention purely on the characters and not on the background setting. This can also be viewed as a dirty single shot as part of his body is in frame, showing how they will react in future shots as well as her posture.
